Lisa Kindermann
Welcome! Thank you for visiting this site. I thought I would take a moment and introduce myself. My primary roles are wife (of 18 years to a professional Air Force musician) and mom to a teen son and daughter. I am a women’s ministry director, friend, only-child, artist, and business woman. What kind of person am I? My friends describe me as insightful, leader, friendly, zany, creative, positive and funny. I would add that I am a Christian seeking to invest in the eternal, by loving and encouraging others.
When you click on my bio page, you may want to know more than just what I look like or about my ‘glowing’ personality. You might also want to know a bit about my experience and accomplishments. So, here you go.
I have a degree in Art Education. I love the arts, and the beauty and expression it brings to life. The creative process connects to so many things in our lives. I taught primarily Jr. High art for 6 years.
I then became a stay home mom, and started my own business as a direct sales consultant. While raising my kids, I grew a successful business filled with clients and fellow consultants that became wonderful friends. I worked hard and was blessed to earn company trips, meet sales/recruiting goals and speak at company training events. I fell in love with speaking and inspiring others to achieve their dreams. So, I left my personal business and went to work as a business development manager for the corporate offices of other direct sales companies.
There I lead an exciting, jet-set life. I traveled around the country motivating and inspiring consultants as a speaker and trainer. I mentored women to reach their dreams and goals for their business. I also designed successful marketing and sales programs. I was once again blessed in the relationships I made with my fun co-workers and fantastic consultants--can you tell I am a people person!? It truly was a thrilling dream job, but busy became my middle name. I found I was investing my heart and soul into my work life, and not as much into things eternal.
Then God took me through some life changes, one of which was a house fire in which I received deep burns on my right arm. During this “refiners fire’ time of my life, I began training with Life Purpose Coaching Center International™. God changed my heart desires, and called me out of my business life. He brought me full circle as He lovingly transferred my rich life experiences, strengths, talents and passions into becoming an inspirational speaker and Certified Life Purpose Coach/ Plan Facilitator. He is the potter and I am the clay; what a joy it is to be a vessel for the Lord.
I understand the voices, in today’s society, that seek to lure women off their life path. But the ‘voice of truth’ brings joy, peace, fulfillment, and excitement! My heart feels like dancing as I come along side women that want to walk closely to the Lord and as they seek to live out their God given dreams and passions! I pray that you will be touched by this ministry with the overflow of the joy and love of Jesus Christ.
